To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients and manage our schedule effectively, we have a cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. For any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied, which must be paid on the same day. Failure to pay the fee may result in the cancellation of future appointments or require a non-refundable deposit to secure future bookings.Additionally, clients who are more than 15 minutes late may be subject to cancellation, as we often have clients booked after.
